(CSE:BDR) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated June 5, 2018 the Company has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) for its draft comprehensive CSE Form 2A 2018 Listing Statement (“Listing Statement”) and lifting of the temporary trading halt on the Company’s shares. The draft Listing Statement has been prepared and filed pursuant to the request of the CSE for further information concerning the Company’s acquisition of High Point Oil Inc.
Subject to the final approval of the CSE, the Company expects the temporary trading halt to be lifted in the coming weeks. The Company will provide further details as they become available.
